Join the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with 701 BC Venue & Brewery, on October 31 from 6:00–9:00 p.m. for a FREE community Halloween festival filled with games, activities, a costume contest, treats, food, and plenty of spooky hometown fun!
And Hometown Halloween isn’t just for the little ghosts and goblins! ๐ป We’re creating a night for families, youth, teens, AND adults, with activities and fun for all ages. Grab your costume, round up your family and friends, and make Hometown Halloween your next stop after trick-or-treating downtown.
Come hungry! ๐๐ฎ Food trucks will be on-site with food available for purchase, so grab dinner or a spooky-night snack while you enjoy the festivities.
Please note: Hometown Halloween is a family-friendly community event. All children and youth must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for the entirety of the event. This is not a drop-off event.
Good times. Great people. Hometown spirit. ๐๐งก
Calling all businesses, organizations, clubs, churches, teams, and community groups! Help us bring Hometown Halloween to life by hosting a fun, interactive activity station for our community.
For a $25 registration fee, participants receive a 12' × 12' space to transform into their own little corner of Halloween fun. Even better, proceeds from registration will help support the Chamber’s ongoing community revitalization efforts right here in Madison County. By participating, you’re not only helping create a great Halloween night — you’re helping us continue investing in the community we call home. ๐งก
Get creative! ๐ Host a game, challenge, contest, craft, photo opportunity, or another interactive experience. We encourage you to think beyond just handing out candy and create something that can be enjoyed by kids, teens, families, and adults.
Every space must provide a FREE activity or game for attendees. No selling of products or services is permitted, but you are welcome to promote your business or organization and hand out candy, treats, giveaways, or promotional items.
Participants must bring everything needed for their space, including tables, chairs, tents, decorations, activity supplies, lighting, candy, and any other materials. Electricity is not provided, so plan your spooky setup accordingly! All spaces must be completely set up and ready to haunt by 5:00 p.m., with Hometown Halloween beginning at 6:00 p.m.
